After almost ten exciting years as a part of the Livesport Group, the ownership of Enetpulse is now returning to it’s origin. Going forward, the ownership is shared 50/50 between Managing Director Simon Skarsholm and BD Director Ulrik Jensen.
With this buyout, the ownership of Enetpulse returns to Denmark – just as in the first many years of Enetpulse’s journey.
Managing Director, Simon Skarsholm is grateful that Enetpulse is now back to its roots – both literally and on the product side:
“I am truly happy that Ulrik Jensen and myself have been able to reach an agreement with Livesport Group to achieve the buy-out. It has been a fantastic journey to be part of the group and we are thankful for all the years, but as the priorities have evolved, now is the right time for a change in ownership”, the Managing Director and new co-owner said.
During the years, Enetpulse has achieved many successes in collaboration with Livesport. Product releases, growth, and new markets have all been part of this exciting collaboration. Also in challenging times, the parties have worked loyally and effectively together to overcome unexpected tests – with the Covid crisis in 2020-2022 being the best and worst example. Enetpulse is grateful for the years together and is trustfully looking forward to continued collaboration in the coming years.

While the two parties have now officially parted ways on an ownership level, the partnership continues now in a client-supplier relation, to create engaging services for sports fans worldwide.
